Privacy policy
This policy explains what DevVibe collects through devvibe.xyz and what we do with it. It's short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you send the contact form we receive your name, email address, company (if you add it), the topic and team size you pick, and your message. We don't use analytics or advertising trackers, and visitors get no cookies.
Our hosting provider may briefly keep technical logs such as IP addresses to keep the site running and protect it from abuse. We use your IP address to limit how many messages can be sent in a short time; that limit is held in memory and cleared after 15 minutes.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to plan that work. We also send you one automatic email confirming we received your message. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
Your message is saved in our database so it can't get lost, and is deleted automatically after 12 months. Copies in our email inbox may be kept for as long as we need them to manage our relationship with you.
Who handles it
The site and its database are hosted on Railway. Emails, including your confirmation and the copy of your message sent to our inbox, are delivered through Resend.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete anything you've sent us. Send a message through the contact form and we'll take care of it.
